The above rates are for the current FY'2025-26 and valid until 31st March 2026
Chargeable or Gross Weight whichever is higher will be considered for billing
Week referred to will be a calendar week (Monday to Sunday)
If there are examination/repacking to be carried out the charges will be Rs 15/- per package and similarly for sealing for re-export cargo or bonded movement it will be 15/- per package

The above tariff shall be revised in the next financial year effective 01st Apr 2027

1. Consignments of Human Remains, Coffins, Unaccompanied Baggage of the deceased and Human Eyes will be exempted from the purview of TSP and Demurrage Charges.
2. TSP Charge applicable to Newspaper and TV reel consignments shall be at 50% of the applicable charge.
3. Charges will be levied on the Gross Weight or Chargeable Weight whichever is higher. Where there is a misdeclaration of gross weight or chargeable weight on the AWB, the
actual gross weight or the actual chargeable weight will be used for the charges whichever is higher.
4. Demurrage:
Export Cargo - Rate as given above will be charged after 12 Hrs of offloading of Cargo in Warehouse. Demurrage will be charged per day per Kg basis.
Import Cargo - From Segregation Time plus 48 hours - No Charge.
If the clearance is done on 3rd and 4th day from Flight Segregation Time then the charges are as per Slab 1 under 2(a), (b) & (c) per Kg per day. If the clearance is done after the 4th day of the Flight
Segregation Time, the demurrage will be calculated cumulatively as under:
a. Day of Flight Segregation Time - 4th day : Slab 1
b. 5th Day - 29 days - (both days inclusive) : Slab 1 & Slab 2
c. Beyond 29 days : Slab 3
5. All billing will be rounded off to the nearest Rs. 5/- as per IATA Tact rule.
6. Special cargo (VAL) consists of live animals and day old chicks.
7. VAL cargo includes gold bullion, currency notes, shares, share coupons, travelers cheques, diamonds (including diamonds for industrial use) diamond jewellery, watches of
silvergold-platinum and items valued at USD 1000 per Kg and above.
8. For consolidation on Transhipment cargo, TSP charges will be levied to all types of cargo, in addition to Transhipment Charges mentioned above. Demurrage Charges will be
applicable as per the tariff.
9. All charges mentioned above excludes GST which will be charged additional at the prevailing rates.
10. No outside labour will be allowed to handle cargo in Air India SATS Airfreight Terminal & AISATS COOLPORT.
11. All charges include fee to Airport Operator.
12. TSP charges are inclusive of forklift charges and any consignment requiring special equipment such as crane has to be arranged by shipper/consignee or its authorized agent.

All the above rates are exclusive of GST, which shall be billed additional.
Chargeable or Gross Weight, whichever is higher will be considered for billing.
Acceptance/Delivery handling charges includes the cost of manpower and equipment.
The above tariff shall be subject to revision at the discretion of AISATS.
For labelling, palletization/depalletization service, labels and pallet materials have to be provided by customer.
